Pine Acres Resort is a great spot for Cross Country Skiing. We maintain about 5 miles of marked and groomed trails on our land and we are next to several thousand acres of State Forest lands on the shores of High Falls Flowage.

The trail starts at your door, and the wildlife and scenery is wonderful. Ski through the mature stands of pines and hardwoods, and enjoy the winter scenery of High Falls Flowage, with it's over 30 miles of almost completely wild shores.

We rent skis and equipment, and have a comfortable lodge with food and drink, and some great winter lodging options. Ask about our group rates and winter packages.

Additional trails can be found nearby for those willing to drive a short distance. There are public trails in the  Peshtigo River State Forest and in the  Gov. Thompson State Park, as well as the  Lakewood Ski Trails in the nearbybNicolet National Forest in the town of Lakewood. Click the links below for additional information.
